The basis for this bibliography is a list compiled by Nicola J. Crockford and Rhys E. Green. 
Ubbo Mammen and Norbert Schäffer are successively updating the bibliography. 
Entries are listed alphabetically order by author. Every entry should have the original title and in addition the German and English translation in square brackets. At the end of every entry the country to which the publication refers to should be given, as well as the language of the publication. If the publication includes a summary in a foreign language, this should be entered after the information regarding the language the paper was written in. In many cases only the main entry is known, not the original paper or any summary. 

We would like to ask you to support the development of the bibliography. Please answer the following questions: 

 
• Did you find errors in the list of literature?
• Do you know additional publications which should be added to the list?
• Do you know one of the languages which is foreign to us? If so, could you give us the English and/or German translation?
